Of friends that this happened to in nursing homes.
I feel for your Mom as she feels violated and unsafe. It used to scary enough when you have Alzheimer’s and you are trapped
In your own body. We need to protect our seniors better.
We should ALL contact Finchem, Bliss, and Nguyen. Let all three of them know that we need them to do something for us. This is one thing they need to move forward on. If everyone sends them an email it will make an impression and that would help tremendously.

Good facilities should go back as far as they can on the large dime they receive from residents. And this one is the best? Sad.
